Question / Help Switched to Multi and now cant use video

so i been using obs to record games and finally with the hd pvr2 working on the obs multi, i was very excited. however when i go and create a video i cannot get it to work in sony vegas pro 10 or 13. if anyone able to help i appreciate it SOOOO much.

The closest i have came to working in Vegas was these settings.

Recording:
Path: xxxxx
Container format: mp4
Format description: mp4 (mpeg-4 part14)
bitrate: 10k
rescale: disable
video Encoder: Libx264
Encoder Settings: none
Audio bitrate: 208
Audio track: 1
Audio encoder: aac
Audio Settings: none

What happens with these settings are as follows. i can import to vegas but i have no video at all. same when i use libx264rgb. all other encoders in this option dont even let me import to vegas. any ideas please

I have this working in Sony Vegas no problem. What I have to do is use the File, Remux Recordings option to create an MP4 file. In my Settings, Output, Recording Tab I have Type set to Standard and the Encoder set to x264.

I've not tried to do this using FFmpeg. If that is what you are using then please let me know.

hey adrian i got mine finally to show video. i used the ffmpeg custom settings.

hope it helps. i have nice results from them so far. now if i can figure out how to get it to auto rename so it dont overlap.. lost 4 hours of gameplay because of this
