Question / Help Switched monitor setup, and now my games fps drops when obs opens.

As the title says, I was streaming for a while with 3 monitors, the main one being the asus mx279 (1080p, 27 inches, 60 htz) and the other two being smaller older monitors. I would game on the asus mx and use the other two for obs and other programs. The largest drop I would get while streaming would be at most 10-15 fps difference in any game that I would stream.

I upgraded my main monitor to the Dell s2716dg (1440p, 27 inches, 144 htz, and gsync) and changed the settings in windows so that it runs at the proper specs for itself. I got rid of one monitor, and am now using the asus mx 279 as the 2nd monitor that i put obs and other programs on while I game.

That being the only switch, I haven't been able to figure out why, but while obs is open now, even before I start streaming, the fps in the game will drop from whatever it's running at beforehand, down to 15-20. It actually does maintain that once I start the stream, but some of the games are dropping that low from 90-100 fps normally.

I assumed if anyone is going to be able to help me they would need certain information, so here goes.

AMD FX-8370 8-core OC to 4.42 GHz
Crosshair V Formula-Z MB
Hyper 212 EVO from Cooler Master
SSD Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
16 GB DDR3 Dominator Platinum (4 sticks)
Strix GTX Geforce 1080 OC to 2050MHz

The rigs specs copied from another source, and the monitors I am using now are listed up top, so one last thing.

I included the log file because the forum's suggest in multiple areas to, but I don't know if it will help considering the issue isn't just while I am streaming, but even while obs is opened with a game at the same time.

If there is anything else I could include to help solve this problem just let me know. I'm still new to the streaming thing myself honestly.

I've been advised that the monitor switch wouldn't of caused any issues elsewhere, but I don't know what else would be causing this.
