Laptop specs:
i7 4710HQ @ 2.5GHz
16GB RAM
Intel HD 4600
Nvidia GTX 970M
As the title says, I just switched from the Avermedia LGX to the Elgato HD60 S. When i open OBS (Studio 17.0.0) and play a game (PS4 or XB1) everything is fine. Over a short period of time I notice the preview in OBS is delayed. For example, if I move through a game menu, or shoot a weapon, what happens on my monitor happens in OBS 1-2 seconds later.
I switched because the LGX I was using was a nightmare. It froze anywhere from 3 times to 40 times during a 4-5 hour stream but there was never any lag/delay in OBS. Aside from the freezing it worked beautifully.
I'm no expert but all I can see in the log files is that there is a lot of audio buffering being added. Could this be the issue and dpes anyone have a clue how to fix it?
Here are my 2 my most recent logs. This was not from a stream, only from OBS running.
