Question / Help Switch window by activate another window

I have a question.
For example, I have a window "Programm 1". It opened and it streaming.
I have a windows "Programm 2". It just opened.
Can I show in stream the "Programm 2" through activate "Programm 2" window?
I just clicked "Programm 2" and it show. I just clicked on "Programm 1" and it show again.
