Switch scene at points embedded in video

Hi forum!

I was wondering if there was any plugin where I could have the scene switch at a specific point that's embedded within a source from the scene itself. You know, so I can say "go to Scene 2 when this video hits the 10:04:21" mark or "go to Scene 1 when this video hits the 4:32:01 mark" etc etc.

I mean whenever a chapter of an MP4 file finishes, the scene switches.
Anything I can use to do that?

The MP4 file would be used as a VLC video source.
