switch between windows, full screen

I would like to be able to be able to command-tab to/from the full screen preview window. When I am in the full screen view, command-tab takes me to another application, but the only way to get back to the full screen window seems to be finding the OBS icon on the dock, which is super annoying. Is there any way to make this happen? I have disabled using trackpad gestures and I am not going to use those to switch between apps. I just want command tab to work like it 'usually' does. I am using Ventura 13.2.1

You could set a hotkey in the macbook's settings to move to another desktop, then create another desktop. Use one desktop for OBS, the other for the full-screen preview. This is assuming you only have one monitor for obs. If not, (eg 3 monitors), just use one for OBS, the other for the preview.
