Question / Help Switch between cameras or scenes with strong voice.

Hello.

Is there a way or a plugin to switch between scenes or cameras with voice from different cameras or mic. I'm trying to build Visual Radio. I have multi cameras and i like to switch cameras with who speaks would be the main source. Any suggestions. Thanks.
