Switch Audio Capture seperated from my Mic

Hello!
I recently started streaming and very new to OBS. For a While I had my switch audio Capture and my Mic Capture coming through the same audiotrack called Mic/Aux ( I believe it was enabled in the main audio settings page originally ).

I was wondering if there is a way to separate the game audio from my switch and my Mic audio for Livestreaming.
I use USB mic, and Mirabox capture card, and I use a 2020 13 inch MacBook pro to run OBS for the time being if that helps at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I really want to improve the quality of my streams!

Audio is my weakest area of expertise... so you are warned ;^)
For me, I had issues using ANY of the default Audio devices, so I disabled all of them (on Windows) including Desktop Audio
Within OBS, I added ONLY the desired Audio sources (and can control which even exist within a given scene).
So, yes you can have each audio source listed (and controlled) separately (in general)

Ah Thank you so much for your response! I greatly appreciate it! If I were to make a desired audio source for the capture card, would it be an input or an output source?
