hi i'm trying to share my surface pro 3 screen to my desktop to stream time to time.. i heard its needed a capture card, so i got one... but... the video capture device shows up as "USB device" which it means the capture card is working, but, for some reason its not displaying my surface pro 3 screen at all, and i only see colored lines.. how can i fix this.. please help :(
