Support opening an ".flv" file to force a remux

I'd like to see OBS support opening .flv files, to make a remux.

Intended use, includes, selecting a whole directory of .flv files, and remuxing them to .mp4 all at once.
 
You mean remuxing all at once? Well if you prefer MP4 and have to remux every time, you'll be happy to know that in the next version we have native MP4 file output.
