[SUPPORT NEEDED] Browser sources fail to load, even after completing fix steps

I've been running into a huge issue, which is the reason why I cut off stream quick. I have done the following to troubleshoot the issue:

• Unchecked hardware acceleration
• Reinstalled and updated OBS
• Reinstalled libcef.dll to my system files
• Tried placing libcef.dll as a copy to the bin files (caused crash on load, txt file uploaded for that bit)
• Tried doing the --disable-gpu flag which didn't help

None of it's solving my issues. Any fix for this? It would be greatly appreciated! I've put 4 recent launches for technical support, including a crash log as well.
