Question / Help Support for multiple outbound streams simultaneously and remote guests?

I haven't seen this addressed in the documentation. Is there a way to feed the same program to multiple services (YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitter/Periscope) simultaneously? I'm using a web-based service now that allows for this, but feel that I could get better program quality with OBS. Also, is there any way to bring in remote guests via their webcams for those live feeds? I've looked all over the forums for guidance on this, and must have missed it somewhere.
