I would love to see support for multichannel sound cards. Right now, OBS seems to see the first two channels of a given sound card, but none of the ones past that.
Perhaps these could function by an audio capture source by selecting 1 (for mono) or 2 (for stereo) channels from the sound card. Then those audio capture sources could appear in the mixer section. It's not that different from how it's done now, but it would allow more flexibility.
This would be a huge help for those of us trying to do a music broadcast. Thanks for the consideration!
