I normally use xSplit, but have used OBS before. Using OBS I can stream steam games above 40fps, while xSplit I only get 15fps.
Audio in stream is totally quiet when I use OBS, despite it being so loud in my headset I almost cant wear them. In OBS the desktop audio can be 1 and mic is maxed and desktop still louder than mic in stream when using OBS.
I have tried nearly everything. Even set Windows sound settings, Communications tab, "do nothing" - That helped teeeeeny tiny amount.
I think at this point I am just asking if anyone else has run into this recently. I google OBS low volume and seems it has been an issue for years with some posts quite old. Why is there such a difference in audio between OBS and xSplit?
