Question / Help Super laggy ingame whilst streaming?

Hello,

Everytime I stream H1Z1 or Counter Strike: Global Offensive the game doesn't feel 144hz and it's super annoying and puts me at a disadvantage. I need help on making sure nothings wrong on my side.

My Specs:
i7 4790k (Devil's Canyon)
Strix GTX 980Ti
Z97 PC Mate
Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 Memory (It's either 1600 or 2400hz)

I've tried changing OBS settings and ingame options and it seems to never help.

No major problmes here
Go down 30 FPS to avoid this minor problems

Or, maybe, you also check and resale to 720p in output settings.
If so, leave output settings rescael unchecked.
Yet rescaled in video settings.

This causes lag,
