Question / Help Suggestions for best settings to get clean HD stream please

Hi there, I'm having issues with my stream on youtube. Many times the frames drop, it looks choppy, things aren't synced up. It's a mess. I've made my frame size very small and still have issues.

I have a Mac Pro
3.2 GHz quad-Core intel xenon
32 gigs ram (maximum allowed I'm afraid)
Graphics card is ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024MB
I'm hardwired into router with Fios Optical 100mb upload and download so that can't be the problem.
I'm using a Yet mic - sound quality is fine. Sometimes there is a delay though - not syncing up
I just did a test stream and of course the dropped frames didn't happen but it was only for 30 seconds. I'm finding the quality goes in and out while streaming for an hour.

Some logs say this: Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 73 (0.0%)

I was given some instructions for settings from a friend a while back but can anyone give me any clues as to how to set this up so that I can indeed stream in HD to youtube, or is that just not possible?

Your log contains no stream or recording attempt. You need to conduct a complete session with session start and stop for the log to contain the required information.
