[Suggestion] Transitions of scenes with video

I know that you can make transitions of scenes with videos, with Stinger, but I want to make a trancicion of a scene that has a chroma color that I want to make transparent.

If possible I would like there to be an option to put a video as a transition of scenes, removing the chroma color and setting the volume of the video to show as a transition.
