[Suggestion] Set which scene to display on OBS Launch

Currently when OBS loads, it displays the scene it was on when it was closed down.
My suggestion is to add an option to specify which scene should show on launch.

This is already present with the launch options.

OBS Studio launch parameters (append to the shortcut):

--collection [scene collection name]
--profile [profile name]
--scene [scene name]
--startstreaming
--startrecording.

If a collection/profile/scene has a space in the name, use quotes around the full name. For more info about portable mode, read http://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/releases/tag/0.11.1
