[Suggestion] Scene Collection label/dropdown on the Scenes Dock

This is something I found more intuitive from Streamlabs OBS's UI; the Scenes dock displays the active Scene Collection, and it doubles as a dropdown menu which allows it to be switched from there instead of the top bar.
