I was trying to create a mask effect for the text, so it can "fade" away inside the streaming panel/overlay.
If you don't have the Scrolling Text filter activated it work as normal, but when you activate the filter it attach to the text instead of the area/frame, for example:
(ignore colors, I was just testing)
On the first line, the effect is working as expected(without scrolling text)
on the second line is the text without the mask
the last line is with the mask activated + scrolling text, as you can see the mask is attached to the text.
I would like to suggest an option for the mask effect to attached to the frame instead of the text itself. by doing that would be possible to use any panel design and create a mask so the text fade on the edge instead of cutting it like below:
