Suggestion - Add tooltips

I've been using OBS Studio for a while now and I've gotten the hang of what most options do by now. However, there are always times that I'm tweaking things and find an option I'm not familiar with so I don't change it. Could we get some sort of pop up tips as to what things do when you hover over them? I'm thinking similar to what MSI Afterburner does by default. And of course, provide an option to disable them.

I just started working on mapping this out. I can't say when (or even if) it will be ready to be added, but it is being looked it.

Did I miss anything since 2017. Unlike the OP, I see LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of settings that I always have to google. I'd love tooltips - or even [help] links within the settings.
