Suddenly wont connect stream to FB or YouTube

Stream keys no longer connect OBS to FB live. I copy and paste them into OBS like we've been doing to for years, click start streaming, but it wont connect to the platform. Message from FB still says to "Connect Streaming Software to go Live". Tried You Tube live also and encountered the same problem. Issues started about a month ago. No changes to any settings on our end. Running the latest version of OBS. Please help!

R1CH recently recommended on another post to removing MacAfee as its security software may be changing ports for RTSP ? or something like that
... basically beware your other (security/network) software (which typically auto updates... see CrowdStrike caused global issue a few weeks ago)...
