Suddenly OBS Studio Freeze at startup, working fine dayz ago

Hello everyone :)
I'm having a problem with OBS today :
When I launch it (in normal mode, safe mode, or with admin privileges), it freezes immediately. I'm also having problems with my mouse (not all clicks are registered) and with the keyboard (I can't type, Alt+Tab is malfunctioning).

I streamed last Thursday without any problems, and I haven't changed anything since then, neither in OBS, in the system, nor the drivers.
When I look at the title in the OBS window, it's flashing as if it's constantly Alt+Tabing...
I don't have any other symptoms to describe, and I don't understand what could be causing it since nothing has changed in my configuration.
When OBS is closed, my system works correctly (including mouse and keyboard).
Specs:
Ryzen 9 5950X
Radeon RX7600XT
32GB RAM (memtest tested and OK)

Thanks in advance for your help :)
Fred

Thank you for proving a log.

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause issues with OBS. We recommend disabling it via these instructions as a troubleshooting step. Be sure to restart after disabling it.
2. You are running an old version of OBS Studio (32.0.3). Please update to version 32.0.4 or newer by downloading the latest installer from the downloads page and running it.
3. Your audio devices sample rate doesn't match the OBS sample rate. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
IN 01 (BEHRINGER UMC 1820): 44100 Hz
OUT 01-10 (BEHRINGER UMC 1820): 44100 Hz
4. Make sure that all 8 of your plugins are compatible with version 32.0.4 or newer and are up-to-date.
5. If you're able to open OBS, even in safe-mode:
A. Display, Game and Window Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (ingame).
B. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (also ingame). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.

If still having issues, provide a new log.

Hi and thank you :)

Unfortunately I can't switch my audio device to 48000Hz ( was not a problem before)
I upgrade OBS to the latest version, check the plug-in compatibility and upgrade them : same problem.

I try launch OBS without those plug-ins : same problem.

But, if I empty my scene folder, OBS start and don't freeze. I have no idea on what is going on (I don't made changes into my scenes)

If I import my scene, OBS will work, but if I restart OBS it will freeze again

If fixed the issue :)

I have both native OBS chat twich dock and streamer.bot Twich feed dock opened, and it made the issue ‍
Thank you so much for trying helping ^_^ :D
