Hi guys n gals,
I use Steinberg UR12 plugged into our churches PA system to provide the sound to accompany the live streaming of our services from Saint Lawrence's church in Bourton on the Water. We had been experiencing a substantial drop in frames (upto 25% on one occasion), but this seemed to clear itself. At the same time, we lost all sound from the Steinberg, the volume bars not even flickering to indicate any signal was being produced. The PA system is functioning properly, but I am a complete loss to trace the issue. I have checked the cables for continuity and all the connections are fine.
I am reasonably adept with computers (3D model specialist) but am a beginner with this equipment. Any assistance you wonderful people can offer would be most gratefully received, we've a number of our village who are simply unable to make it to church for the services and rely utterly on our streaming to still feel part of the church worships.
