Question / Help Suddenly having high CPU Load while streaming and experiencing "Hiccups"

Hi there,
I hope that you can help me with the problem, that OBS takes much CPU power now, out of sudden. Nothing changed with the system or installed new software.

may you can help me out because I cant find the problem. Already changed the encoder, searched for other processes in the task manager or searching for updates. Nothing could fix this problem.

I made an account to say that I'm having the same issue.

I was on 23.0.1. Everything was fine this past friday. Then sunday I streamed and OBS was using hella CPU. nothing changed that i know of.

I uninstalled OBS and installed 23.1 (the new test version of OBS)... everything went fine after that.

Then today, again nothing changed, the problem came back.

Im clueless. I think the new versions of OBS are kind of whack
