I've been streaming to Twitch for about 4 months now. About three weeks ago, give or take, I started having issues. The first issue is the bitrate is unstable a hell at times. I only know this from monitoring things in the Twitch Inspector. My suspicion is that this problem is with my ISP. The other more troubling issue, is that I know seem to be unable to stream and record at the same time. It was never an issue before, but know If I try to do both my stream is completely unstable( regardless of the resolution or frame rate settings). I tested this while monitoring from the Twitch inspector as well. As soon as the record button is pressed, unstable. Turn off recording, and within a few seconds all returns to normal excellent stream quality. Was there a recent update that may have borked up the stability setting while recording and streaming? Seems odd that everything was fine, and now I can't do both, when it use to work just fine.
