Question / Help Suddenly got lags on capture

Hey guys,
from one capture to another i got suddenly lags and really dont know why. I checked everything and cant see the problem. Yeah sure, if i reduce the bitrate it will be better again, but it was good with the 50000, i changed nothing and suddenly i got more than 50% skipped frames. I recorded since the beginning with these settings..
Maybe you guys can help me? I uploaded both log files. The first one "2017-12-14 02-27-09.txt" is this without lags.

Have you checked your CPU's temperatures?

On the second recording, your CPU and GPU load must have been much higher (therefore rendering and encoding lags).
The Log won't show us if some windows process/program was suddenly running in the backround or if there was CPU/GPU throttling or maybe the fps limit ingame was changed.
