Suddenly getting "Encoding Overloaded" Error when I wasn't before

Hello,

I have been recording 2 separate instances of OBS simultaneously, one in 1440p and one in 1080p, and recently I have been running into issues with the encoding. This was never an issue I had before, and recently I've actually been playing less graphically intensive games, so I'm not sure why I'm having more trouble recording than I used to. I've also actually lowered the encoder preset, and started recording both OBS instances in 1080p and that still hasn't fixed it. Here are the recording settings I have been trying to use:
Rate Control: CQP
CQ Level: 20
Keyframe Interval: 2s
Preset: P6: Slower
Tuning: High Quality
Multipass Mode: Two Passes (Quarter Resolution)
Profile: high
Look-ahead and Psycho Visual Tuning both UN-checked
GPU: 0
Max B-frames: 2

Also for reference I am running a Ryzen 3600x, RTX 3070, 32 DDR4 RAM @3200 speed. I am trying to record Subnautica and Outer Wilds, and I was even recording other videos for Subnautica in 1440p and they were totally fine, but the latest one I did I had to record in 1080p. Thank you.

Upon so further testing, it seems that the issue might be with one of the plugins I had installed, perhaps either the "Move Transistion" plugin by Exeldro or the Aitum Vertical plugin. Has anyone run across an issue with either of these plugins that caused encoding errors in OBS?
