Yes, another dropped frames issue.
Everything was going fine for the last several months, and then suddenly 3 weeks ago, our live camera capture stream to YouTube started acting up with a ton of dropped frames.
I've gone through the list of typical issues and none of them seem to be an issue. It will sometimes run for a minute, and sometimes run for well over an hour before suddenly starting to drop frames. The hardwired network shows a solid 10mb/s upload rate, so I don't think anyone else is tying up the cable ISP loop on a Sunday morning, and it's a commecial ISP account as well.
I"m going to have to talk the the ISP but need some more information if I am going to throw the ball in their court. Here's the latest log. It worked for over 30 minutes today before dying off.

Any help appreciated!
Incidentally, I have to completely stop OBS to restart the stream. Just stopping it and starting it again doesn't work. Is that a clue? Or a bug? I've had to record the stream to disc and upload later. At least that seems to be working. But having to stop OBS stops the video recording, which I don't want to have to do multiple times.
