Suddenly dropping frames due to network

I've been streaming with no issues for months. All of a sudden I'm dropping network packets/frames like crazy.

I have the latest driver installed for my ethernet controller. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers. This doesn't fix the issue. I've disabled "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". This doesn't solve the issue. Green ethernet and energy efficient internet has also been turned off. This does not solve the issue. The duplex is 1gb full. This has not solved the issue.

I also do not have a bandwidth issue. I get 600 down and 40 up. I streaming using 6k bitrate. Even if I plug directly into the modem I still have the same issue. Any help would be appreciated. I'm to the point now I'm either about to buy a whole new motherboard or buy an external usb 3.0 ethernet adapter.

Your log shows you are using a USB Wifi adapter, not an Ethernet connection.

Thank you for your response. Above is the correct logfile. From what I can see it's telling me that the network controller is running only at 100mbps at full duplex.

But that can't be the case because of the speeds that I'm getting:

This speed test was ran at the time of making this post.

Also, my hardware is set to full 1.0gbps:

Your card seems to have dropped to 100mbps during one of the disconnections in that log, which suggests a poor quality cable or bad port.

Last night I downloaded the latest up-to-date driver from realtek which is from 03/2021 thinking maybe that would solve my problem. It however only added to the issue, and that's when OBS started telling me it was only running at 100mpbs. So, just now, I've decided to uninstall the driver I had and let windows decide what was best for the driver (which I almost never recommend because windows drivers are poo), however for now it seems stable and OBS is no longer giving me the warning that the network controller is only running at 100mbps. I'll update later with more information.

@R1CH I really appreciate your speedy reply.
