Question / Help Suddenly dropping a ton of frames, tried reinstalling but it didn't help (Log included)

After a few weeks of streaming, every once and a while OBS just doesn't want to work. Today it doesn't, and is constantly in the red while dropping frames like crazy. Really unsure about what I could really do, it even happens on High Performance mode.

After testing everything on that list, it still happens. The connection quality box in the bottom right just jumps randomly from green to red and back again, even when not using much bandwidth. I'm not data capped, as I don't have a cap.

Then as mentioned at the top of that list, there is nothing you can do as the problem is between you and the server.
