Question / Help Suddenly disconnecting / Dropping to 0 KB/s

Hi, I've been having trouble streaming lately due to frames dropping/OBS constantly disconnecting and I'm not sure why. It started about a week ago and was perfectly fine til then, I'm certain it's not my internet connection as my ping in-game is not affected.

I've also ran a speed test and OBS side by side with the test not dropping out and staying at a constant upload speed while OBS is sitting on 0 KB/s.

Speed tests only measure the maximum speed for multiple connections and not stability. Streaming requires a stable, single connection.
You can try the Twitchtest in https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/ to see speed test similar to streaming.
