Question / Help Suddenly Crashing on start up - Mac

I was using OBS today. Ran a few tests for a FB livestream with no problems. I've run OBS on this computer a number of time without any problems. I shut down OBS to edit a video on Premiere Pro CC. I think I emptied my trash because I noticed I was running low on hard drive space. A little while later I tried opening OBS and it would instantly crash.

I tried restarting my computer and deleting and reinstalling OBS. I continued to have the same problem.

I know a number of other people are having the same problem.

Not sure if this matters but I'm having a similar issue with OBS Crashing, Could be related if you have external devices connected. I am using two AJA UTAP SDI Adapters for my Audio Video Input Sources. When they are connected to my MAC and I start OBS - it crashes. I have to disconnect the devices then start OBS then Reconnect the devices.
