Suddenly choppy/skipping frame video recording

Hello, until 2 days ago I was recording video with my webcam on OBS and then editiing to upload on my Youtube channel and all was ok!
Suddenly from today I didnt change any setting or pc settings but the recorded video skips a lot of frames....how i can solve the problem?

Did you recently update your video card drivers or have it set to auto update them? If so that seems to mess with some settings in my OBS when I do it. Recheck your settings and see if anything got messed with if that's the case.

Also are you running OBS as an administrator?
