I have been using OBS for a while and when I was recording and streaming like 4 months ago it was running perfectly no fps drops, no bad fps, no lag, while I was having over 300 fps in game. Now it works so bad that in game I have 30-40 fps and if I have been recording for over 5 mins my game starts to run really really bad and even when I turn off the recording the game is still running at 10-20 fps and just after I restart the game it will start running normally again. ANd in OBS Itried every single setting that would make it work , but nothing changed please help me.
