Sudden OBS crashes out of nowhere. [high CPU spike, then crashes]

SO TLDR let me write in short steps what happened
  • OBS was fine [ran the most recent version + win11 version]
  • got a new animated background in [old one was 3mb, this one is 12mb, both are webm files]
  • decided to clean up my sources by making my overlay in Streamelements and combining with other browsersources[will refer to as SE now]
  • in one browser source I had: overlay video, chat, music player & sub goal. this took out having 3 loose sub goals + a video in OBS
  • I also installed a plugin to rotate chat 3d to fit inside of the TV of my background.
then OBS started acting up.
it was fine for a bit of stream, then after some time it would go from 1~2% CPU to 8, the video on my just chatting screen would get stuck and then OBS crashed.

steps I've taken:
  • remove the plugins
  • remove that heavy browsersource and turn it back into the regular ones but now the video is a source in OBS
  • uninstalled OBS [I had the most recent version], did a clean install and rolled back to a slightly older version [32.0.1]
  • Installed all plugins fresh. I only have move source, spout2 and streamdeck for OBS installed.
it seemed fine. worked yesterday and the day before. today, it crashed midway through stream, but it let me continue streaming.the crash logs showed it was browsersources. each time I'd re-open OBS now it'd spike and then die after some time. someone suggested turning off my antivirus which I just did, and OBS DID open to a normal 1~2% depending on which scene I'm in

Attached are: Crash during today's stream. I ignored this one and I could continue streaming until I hit the ok on it [the one called 20]. CPU sat at around 5% , a second crash log from when I re-opened OBS and it would immediately spike back to 8%, then close shortly afterwards . [23 file one]
