Sudden frame drop in obs during streaming

Hello, I have been streaming for a while with no problems (at least non with no solutions), then suddenly a few days ago i sarted experiencing extrem frame drop in my stream, but the game on my screen was fine. I tried lowering the bitreate but it didn't help, I tried lowering my game's graphics, didn't help. I tried closing my vtubing avatar but no difference. I even changed to less demanding games but same issue. I checked the stream obs log, it says critical: Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduler....should I turn it off? downbelow is the log link + my pc specs

CPU: 12900k
GPU: RTX 3060ti 8gb
RAM: 32GB 6000MHZ

Also if I did disable HAGS , won't this cause more load on my cpu? my cpu usage may get to 80 when using my vtubing avatar and motion capture
