I've tried looking into this issue and it seems others have had it, but I don't really see any fixes for it.
This hasn't happened in a while, maybe in a few months, but it used to be something that would regularly occur and I'm worried it's bad. My internet usage on network suddenly gets all weird and spikes (as shown in the graph) and when I hit "End Stream" OBS doesn't hang or freeze, but just infinitely says "ending stream" and never ends it so I have to end it with Task Manager anyway. I tried restarting OBS this time to continue stream, but this time it just immediately happened again within minutes. I included the logs of both sessions where this happens.
I am aware I'm using an older version, but I've had this issue persist throughout the years on and off with multiple versions. I'm also aware of the multiple game captures which I've fixed now, but I have my doubts about that being the problem either because it's happened when just using one.
