Sudden crashes after 30-40 minutes of streaming -- help greatly appreciated!

Hello! Recently, as I've been streaming, abruptly OBS just crashes—and I have no indication as to why. I haven't made any hardware changes recently and I don't think that it's software. I recently reinstalled Voicemeeter Banana and discovered that I was getting a mismatched rate, but I don't think that could be the issue.

Is it possible for someone to help me out? Thank you so much in advance!

I uninstalled several programs and mods (like VirtualCam), and the issue continues to persist...

x264 crashes indicate an unstable overclock, outdated BIOS, faulty memory or similar hardware issue.

Thanks for the reply! This has come on suddenly, so it's time for some Prime95 / Memtest, I imagine...
