Sudden Connection Issues

Hello!

I have been streaming for a few months now with no issues up until about 2 weeks ago. It started with large frame drops and bad lag when streaming to twitch. I've had my ISP come out and they replaced lines, upgraded routers, and bypassed an unnecessary splitter that was on our line, and it helped the frame drop issue. However, I'm now having the problem where, when attempting to stream, the connection icon in the bottom tray of OBS (I believe it's showing bitrate?) is constantly in the yellow and red, causing some seriously bad lag to the point where it's unwatchable. I've attached two logs, the first from a stream and the second from a test stream this morning. From what I can understand it doesn't appear to be any issue with hardware, and the connection to my network appears to be good so I am stumped.

Your network adapter may need a driver update. These errors in your log are generally caused by EEE settings on the adapter. Updating the driver should re-set the settings so it's not trying to save energy.

I figured there would be something in the logs that I just don't understand the meaning! I am doing this now and will report back with another log for a test stream if issues persist. Thank you very much!

Check your mobo's support page for the driver.
I was hoping I wouldn't have to reply but here's the newest log, still having the same issue. I did check manually and on the support page for driver updates and everything said it was up to date. I did try to go in and disable the EEE settings but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference from what I can see.
