Question / Help sudden bitrate loss (down to 0kb/s. sometimes disconnecting.

I've been having issues with my streams dropping frames, sometimes disconnecting completely. My stream's health bar will flash red and my kb/s will dip to very low levels, sometimes to 0kb/s. I've attached a log file in hopes of somebody being able to identify the issue.
