I encountered an issue with frame drops when I stream. They seemed to go away when I stop the stream and restart it, but today I encountered it again but it just would not resolve when I stop the stream and restart it. I don't know if that is just because of my internet or if there is something else that is causing the issue.
Above is the latest log with my last attempt to fix it, figuring out all of my settings and seeing what clicks. I hope someone can help me figure something out.
