My issue is with using OBS to record, not to stream. The video is smooth for sections, but then will stutter periodically - dropping to maybe 2-3 frames per second for several seconds at a time. The audio is always crystal clear and smooth, however.

Any ideas on what might be causing this problem or how I can solve it?

- CamNova to get the video feed from my Fuji X-T20 into usb and then into OBS
- A Shure mic into a scarlett solo into usb and into OBS.
- Asus laptop with integrated intel graphics, intel i7
