Question / Help "Stutters" while having OBS Studio Open

While playing CS:GO, when I launch my OBS Studio to prepare to record, my game "stutters" every two seconds or so the game feels like it skips a few frames if that makes any sense. I still manage 300 fps while recording and OBS seems fine and my CPU usage is under 90%. Help

I expect your game is maxing out the GPU, OBS needs some GPU and so when you start it there is less GPU for your game and you run into problems, it's only a guess though please post a log.
