Question / Help Stutters for OBS/stream, but smooth for me.

Hello,

So I've had this issue ever since I've installed a fresh install of W10 Creators (I know I regret it) for my new CPU. I'm not running the AMD 1800x with a GTX1080, with 16GB of RAM at 2400mhz.

I'm experiencing dropped FPS whenever I look at specific objects that require higher levels of anti-aliasing in games. I've tested this on DayZ and PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds and they both show the same issues. Whenever this is happening, the frames on my monitor are still smooth as butter, yet both my OBS Classic stream and my OBS Studio recording previews show way lower frames (as showed on examples). I've tried changing all kinds of encoding settings, but for some reason it just doesn't show any dropped frames. My internet connection is more than adequate to handle the used bitrates, and I've also tried changing priorities for both .exe's to see if that would help. Power options in Windows have been adjusted and the 3D settings in Nvidia control panel have been set to Perfomance. I feel like I've tried pretty much everything. It's extremely annoying for my viewers to watch...

Here are some examples of when it occurs:

DayZ - https://www.twitch.tv/videos/146591245?t=50m13s

Hope you guys can help out. It's been a huge headache for me. :)

Thanks,

Rolf
