Stuttering with RTX 2060 Super

Hey there,

I am trying to record some Minecraft Gameplay @1080p60 however recordings always stutters when I try to record with Display Capture.

Here is an example of it: https://streamable.com/edf004
Log: https://obsproject.com/logs/Fh2iLQVu0NVbD8if

CPU: i7-4790
GPU: RTX 2060 Super

This does not happen with Game Capture however Game Capture is significantly slower and laggier for some reason.

Recording settings:

Encoder: NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (new)
Rate Control: CQP
CQ Level: 15
Keyframe Interval: 0
Preset: Max Quality
Profile: high
Look-ahead checked
Psycho Visual Tuning checked
Max B-frames 2

1920x1080
1920x1080
Lanczos
Common FPS Values: 60

I have changed recording settings multiple times however it does not make any difference.

Game is set to VSync and Monitor is 1080p 60hz. VSync is enabled in NVIDIA Control Panel.

1. In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode
2. Run OBS as Admin
3. Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using.

At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 44100 Hz
Headset Earphone (CORSAIR VOID PRO Wireless Gaming Headset): 48000 Hz
Headset Microphone (CORSAIR VOID PRO Wireless Gaming Headset): 44100 Hz

As qhobbes said, run OBS as admin and match the sample rates to avoid audio issues.

In addition, update to Windows 10 2004, if running dual monitor then, under NVENC encoder settings, enable "Quality" preset and disable "Lookahead" and "Psycho Visual Tuning".

This is just to set a baseline for most common causes of issues.

Still having issues despite having updated to Windows 10 2004 and followed steps provided.

Well i am also having the same issue , tho sometimes the recording/stream js running fine and perfect and fine , so sometimes bumped , and with Nvidia Shadowplay there is no such issue , like not even a single fps drop or stutters in the recording , it is making me soo frustrated because I'm trying different and different settings since 2 days and still couldn't find any solution , tho this issue occurs in heavy games like Warzone , Rainbow six siege , Watch dogs 2 , not with Valorant , CSGO ETC.

My gpu is Gigabyte 2060 super windforce edition
