Stuttering while recording/streaming (Win10)

Hi,

I have been trying to stream/record some video games with OBS. I have a nvidia 3060ti + 5900x + 32go ram. My monitor is a Asus PA248Q 1200p (60hz)

My nvidia drivers, OBS and Win10 are up to date.

Here is my log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/3W0ObwQdKNZjVvoP

Highlights:
- The video game is perfectly fluid on my main monitor (no stuttering or lag, it's 60fps constant).
- When I open OBS, before pressing the record/stream button, I can see the stuttering appering on the video preview
- This happens for multiple 3D games on my PC (not only one).

What I tried to do (but did not result in any success):
- On the nvidia panel, I tried to activate fast sync.
- Changed the number of b-frames, changed the profil to high
- Also tried to move from CBR to CQP (like nvidia recommands)
- I also changed the priority of processus to high (before it was normal then above normal)

I would love to hear from you (hopefully, I can resolve this). Thank you!

PS : if I create a new scene and put just the game I want to capture inside, the stuttering issue is then resolved... It may work like this, but I would love hearing your opinon on it.

You have an insanely large number of game capture sources. They all try to find and hook the game they are configured for and might stomp on each other for doing so. Remove them all and keep only one single game capture source. Configure this source as "Capture foreground window with hotkey" and set the corresponding hotkey in settings->Hotkey. Then, to capture the current game, press the hotkey as soon as you switched to it.
