Question / Help Stuttering while recording at 60fps

I had obs studio a while back and it worked just fine for me while recording at 1080p 60fps
I uninstalled it at one point and now installed it back. Now when I try to record at 1080p 60fps with the same settings it shows stuttering at the video.
If anyone could help me I would appreciate it a lot

Specs if needed:
Intel i5-6500
Nvidia gtx 1060
16gb of DDR4 ram

Change your output mode to simple, recording quality to indistinguishable, recording format to flv and recording encoder to software low cpu use.

I'm back to this one again, after a small use it started doing it once again.

Don't save directly to mp4.

And you're probably just overloading your system with your game.

But I did mp4 before I deleted obs studio at one point and it worked perfectly fine for me, no stutters or anything, smooth 1080p 60fps without a problem

That doesn't magically make it a good format to save in.

And again, you're overloading your video card

Well is there a way I can still do 1080p 60fps again or something happened and now I cant do it anymore?
