is anyone having problems streaming with OBS this past week? i have had no problems streaming sense i got my new PC here are the specs:
Intel's Skylake 6th Generation Quad Core i7 processor. Nvidia's GTX 1080 and 32GB RAM. Great system for . System Spec's: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0 GHz Processor - Quad-core-- Extended Memory 64 Technology-- Hyper-Threading Technology-- Virtualization Technology-- Corsair H60 Liquid CPU Cooler--Desktop Motherboard - w/ Intel B150 Express Chipset-- Maximum Memory: 32 GB-- Audio Channels: 7.1-- Total Number of USB Ports: 8 (5 USB 3.0 and 3 USB 2.0)-- Audio Ports: Audio Line In, Audio Line Out, Microphone Port-- Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 Core w/4GB GDDR5-- PCI-Express 3.0 x16-- Video Ports: DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort -- Network Ports: Wired 10/100/1000-- Wi-Fi Adapter. i have no idea what the problem is, i have tried lowering game and stream quality to the lowest i could and i am still getting stuttering. i understand windows had a new update that might effect it but this problem started about a week ago before i updated. this is my latest log file:

any help would be greatly appreciated, i am not able to stream till i get this fixed, and it is my job, thank you in advance.
