I am using obs to stream my World of Warcraft and I used a 3rd party stream analyzer the analyzer says it is fine but viewers across the board are complaining that my stream is skipping frames and lagging. Im not sure how to fix this I continuously get a encoding overload error even tho obs only uses 35% of my CPU and I have lowered the bitrate multiple times and use the lowest encoding preset. my download speed is 50 MBPS and my upload is 22 MBPS so I cant find where the issue is.

you have kind of a weak processor. You have a high number of skipped frames from your CPU not encoding fast enough.

21:31:01.060: Output 'adv_stream': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 1795 (33.5%)

Things to try:
1. Update OBS, you are using 0.16.2 the newest version is 0.16.6
2. You are using Superfast try Ultrafast, the quality will be awful though
3. Try lowering the resolution, to 540p,
4. Try lowering the framerate to 25.

You can experiment with changing preset, resolution, framerate, and bitrate. Until you find settings that don't lag and look good.

You also seem to have a lot on your scenes, if you create a new scene with just game capture you probably will get much better performance...just to test, I know you probably want to keep all that stuff up on your stream like lots of people do.
